The Pancha Pakshi calculation engine is powered by PyJHora, pinned to release V4.8.7 (commit ca22995), also AGPL-3.0. Because this is a network service built on AGPL-3.0 code, the corresponding source for exactly what's running is always available from the public repository linked below.
